Someone copied your listing. We get it taken down.

Tell us what happened and we'll say plainly whether this is something we can act on — before you pay anything.
You don't need to know what kind of infringement it is
Copyright, trademark, counterfeit, listing hijack — the label matters for the filing, not for you. Describe the problem in your own words. These are the situations we handle most often.
- Another seller took over your Amazon listingThey attached to your ASIN, changed the images, or are shipping a different product under your brand.
- Your product photos are on someone else's storeYour studio images, lifestyle shots or video are being used to sell a copy.
- A counterfeit version of your product is on Etsy or eBaySame design, your brand name, a fraction of the price.
- Amazon rejected the claim you already filedYou submitted the report yourself and it came back refused. Here is why that usually happens.
- Amazon Brand Registry turned you downNo registered trademark yet, or the application is still pending, so the free tools are closed to you.
- Your work was reposted commercially on Instagram or TikTokA brand or reseller is using your photos or video without a licence.
- A dropshipper is reselling your catalogueYour images, your descriptions, your brand, on a store you've never heard of.
What happens after you write to us
- Day 0
You send the links and we assess them
What was copied, who owns it, and which platform mechanism applies. If we don't think a claim will hold, we say so and you pay nothing.
- Days 1–2
We build and file the claim
Evidence of ownership, the correct notice format for that platform, and a filing that a moderator can approve without going back and forth.
- Days 3–14
We handle the platform's response
Most cases are decided in this window. Requests for further evidence, rejections and refilings are included in the fee.
- If contested
We advise you on the counter-notice
The other side can dispute a takedown. We explain what that means, what your options are, and where a lawyer becomes worth the money.

What we can't do, said before you pay
Every takedown service publishes its success rate. Almost none publish the cases where the answer is no. These are ours.
- We are not attorneys and do not provide legal representation. We prepare and file claims through platform mechanisms. We don't go to court and we don't give legal advice.
- We can't guarantee a platform's decision. Amazon, Etsy and Meta decide their own cases. We control the quality of the filing and how hard it's pursued — not the outcome.
- Design similarity alone is usually not enough. If a competitor makes a comparable product without using your images, brand or registered design, a takedown will likely fail — and filing anyway puts your own account at risk.
- We won't file a claim we think is unfounded. Bad-faith reports get accounts suspended, yours included. If the case is weak, we'll tell you rather than take the fee.
- Removal is not permanent. Determined sellers come back under a new account. That's what monitoring is for, and we'd rather you know now.
Who you're dealing with
INTERMIRO is a small IP enforcement practice. The work comes out of twenty years of running a manufacturing and export business that was itself copied — listings hijacked, catalogue photos lifted, counterfeits sold under our own brand name on three continents.
We learned the platform mechanisms from the wrong side of them: filing claims for our own products, getting rejected, working out what a moderator actually needs to see. That's the whole offer. Not a monitoring platform, not a law firm — the people who have done this for themselves, doing it for you.
Questions we get
Do I need a registered trademark?
Not for copyright claims — your photos, video and product descriptions are protected from the moment you create them. For trademark claims a registration makes the case far stronger, and for Amazon Brand Registry it's required. Tell us what you have and we'll work from there.
Will the other seller find out who reported them?
Yes. Platforms disclose the complainant's details to the party being reported — that's part of how the process works, and any service claiming otherwise is misinforming you. We'll walk you through what that means before filing.
How is this different from filing it myself?
The form is free and you can absolutely file it yourself. What you're paying for is knowing which mechanism to use, what evidence gets approved, how many listings to report at once, and what to do when the claim comes back rejected.
Where are you based?
Serbia, working with clients in the US, EU and Australia. Platform claims are handled online in every jurisdiction we work in, so location doesn't affect the filing. Invoicing is in USD or EUR.
What if it doesn't work?
Refilings and escalation are included — we don't charge again for a second attempt. We don't offer a money-back guarantee, because the decision belongs to the platform and we won't promise something we don't control.
